This 7 storey building has been extensively refurbished transforming it into 4 floors of offices, 1 floor of labs, 1 floor of mechanical plant rooms and ground floor of seminar rooms and computer suite.

Due to the different applications of the building Lowe & Oliver were asked to install various different types of systems including: general lighting, power outlets within dado trunking, addressable fire alarm, fire suppression and Vesda sampling fire alarm within the IT room, refuge alarm, disabled alarm and data and telecoms wiring.
