Romeyns Court

The origins of this substantial Grade II listed country
house can be traced back to the 13th century.

The house was completely refurbished and comprised
the installation of new sub-mains, voice and data cabling,
power, fire alarms, lighting and specialist dimming control
and colour change systems together with audio and visual
infrastructure and a lightning protection system.

Lighting around the estate from the electric gates, around
the grounds and swimming pool, driveways and roads were
introduced to illuminate various features and for security &
safety reasons.

Lowe & Oliver have also been entrusted with the ongoing
maintenance to ensure the systems continue to operate safely
and at optimum levels.
